About Stay in the Game

Former Army Officer. Competitive fitness athlete.

I’ve spent most of my life in environments where performance matters, whether that’s on military operations, leading teams in business, or standing on the start line of a fitness event.

One thing has remained consistent throughout: when your body isn’t functioning properly, everything becomes harder.

That’s why I founded Stay in the Game - Movement & Recovery.

My approach combines sports massage, injury management, mobility work and movement coaching to help active people move better, recover faster and perform at their best.

Whether you’re training for an event, working long shifts, lifting for a living or simply trying to stay active, movement matters.

No spa-style relaxation. No unnecessary fluff. Just targeted treatment and practical advice designed to keep you doing what you do.
From runners and lifters to police officers, firefighters, tradies and desk jockeys, the goal is always the same:
Move better. Recover faster. Stay in the Game.

your body takes a beating

if you don’t stay on top of it, it will catch you out
